R2 stereotactic adapter for metal holder

Add-on to the new R2 metal implantation system. The R2 stereotactic adapter connects to the new R2 metal holder. The 8mm stainless steel bar is compatible to most rodent stereotactic arms. A separate sleeve carries a modular, customizable basket to carry the connector of probes during implantation and explantation.

As with the R2 metal implantation system, the clamp interface is modular by design, and we plan to release the source files so users can print and adapt their own clamps for non-standard connectors.
